Use of VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
By creating an account, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bus4d complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with bus4d. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered to other individuals, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
All players must complete KYC verification by submitting valid Indonesian national identification (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. bus4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and other locally supported payment methods. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50.000.000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 20.000.000 for e-wallet withdrawals. Players may forfeit active bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. Once forfeited, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will automatically forfeit all active bonuses.
All games on the bus4d platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or bus4d staff. Historical results do not influence future outcomes.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets are voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within 48 hours. For live betting, bus4d reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome is already determined due to transmission delays.

We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game providers. Such disputes must be resolved according to the provider's terms.

In no event shall bus4d's total liability to any player exceed the amount of funds currently held in that player's account balance at the time the liability arose. bus4d is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all active bonuses will be forfeited, and remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 7 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
bus4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that the account violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, poses a security risk, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Suspended accounts will be investigated, and decisions regarding fund forfeiture will be made based on investigation findings.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month deducted from the account balance. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting customer support and completing identity re-verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined below.
In the event of any dispute between a player and bus4d, the player must first contact customer support to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, the dispute may be escalated to our senior management team for formal review. All disputes must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the incident giving rise to the dispute.
If dispute resolution through customer support and management review does not result in a satisfactory outcome, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration procedures. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
